My husband and I are well pleased with these radios. As others say, they vary in range due to surroundings. Great for hiking, hunting and walking the dog.
My husband had total hip replacement so when I walked our dog Doobie in our
heavily treed, hilled and housed subdivision we could talk to make sure he was fine. We got pretty far away. It's been 5 weeks now and he is walking real good. These radios are tops!! :-)
